Prices - Weekly rates season 2017

Basic Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 7 nights between 3^th June and 17^th September
• Turnover day : Saturday
• Minimum stay in remaining periods 3 nights
• Daily rates for stays under one week:

  April 1- April 28	€ 225
  April 29 - May 26	€ 265
  May 27 - June 3	€ 315
  September 16 - 30	€ 295
  October 1 - October 31	€ 255

• 30% deposit payable at the time of booking
• Check in after 4 pm, check out by 10.00 am
• Change of linen once a week, change of towels twice a week.
• Sojourn tax included in the price.
• Reimbursable damage deposit € 250.00

Additional Information

• All rooms in the main house have twin beds set together as double beds.
• Both bathrooms in the main house have toilet and bidet, the downstairs one has a shower and the upstairs one has a bathtub with a shower.
• The bathroom in The Guest House is appointed with a shower and a toilet.
• An extra toilet is available on the ground floor of the main house.
• A maid's room is available on the ground floor with an extra bed.
• All bedrooms and the living rooms are airconditioned.
  The main house has central heating.
• Kitchen appliances:
  • Electrical oven, microwave oven, 2 gas stoves, 2 fridge/freezers, 2 dishwashers, 2 kettles,  2 toasters.
  • Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
  • Satellite TV in the main house and another set in the Guest House.
• Parking space available inside the gates for up to four cars.

N.B. WINTER MONTHLY RATES

• During the winter period, from November to March, the house is available for rent at the monthly rate of 1.000 Euros (utilities not included)..
